Commencing the tenancy

Once the tenant has been selected the agent takes responsibility for ensuring the move is as trouble free as possible whilst always ensuring the clients position is protected. An important contributor to a successful tenancy is creating a positive relationship between the tenant, landlord and agent. Ensuring that the tenant’s experience of moving into their new home is a good one plays a critical part in managing the relationship for the future.
